George Doyle

Mr. George Michael Doyle, 62, of Winston-Salem, passed away Saturday, March 31, 2018 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born January 16, 1956 in Hudson Falls, NY. Mr. Doyle was very proud of his Irish history, loved music and loved to laugh. George held his family and pets dear to his heart and did everything in his power to care for everyone. His last day spent on Earth was singing for his nurses and loved ones and showered his family with love. George was an outstanding, amazing and wonderful husband and a loving father. He was preceded in death by his parents, Catherine McNamara Doyle and George Thomas Doyle. Surviving are his wife, Linda Ann Filanowski Doyle; two daughters, Audrey Doyle (fiancé Jamie Vicuna) and Mary Doyle (fiancé Terry Phibbs); one stepson, James Filanowski; one granddaughter, Allison Filanowski and two sisters, Collen Rogers (Steve) and Lori Ann Doyle. A Memorial Service will be held at his home at a later date.
