Mr. George David Farmsworth, 79, passed away November 7, 2015. The family will receive friends from 12:00pm until 2:00pm on Tuesday, November 10th at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with a graveside service following at 3:00pm at Rural Hall Memorial Park with the Rev. Lonnie Chandler officiating.
