Geraldine Marley

Ms. Geraldine Belcher Marley, 76, passed away Thursday, December 7, 2017 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born in Pocahontas, WV on March 13, 1941 to the late Hattie Mae Nichols Belcher and Louis Wesley Belcher. Ms. Marley was a faithful member of First Christian Church in King. In addition to her parents, Ms. Marley was preceded in death by one grandson, Andrew and two brothers, Louis "Sonny" and AG. She is survived by five children: Lisa Allen (Mitch), Kevin Alderman (Jennie), Kelly Alderman (Nancy), David Alderman (Angie), and Danny Alderman (Tanna); twelve grandchildren; two great-granddaughters and one great-grandson on the way; also, one sister, Jackie Angel. A graveside service will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 11, at First Christian Church Cemetery in King with Mr. Ben Allen officiating. There will be no formal visitation.
