Gerald "Jerry" Iman

Gerald “Jerry” Kent Iman, 62, died June 23, 2020 peacefully at home. He was born in Manhattan, Kansas but lived most of his life in Greensboro, NC. He graduated from Ben. L Smith High School and attended Wake Forest University. He worked a variety of jobs during his lifetime, including McDonald’s Manager, US Postal Service and Citi Bank. He was an avid reader and enjoyed his many pets.  Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Janet Iman and Norman Iman. He leaves behind his stepmother, Jane Iman; one sister, Denise (Tim) Sprinkle; one brother, Rod (Mary) Iman; two half-brothers, Todd (Becky) Iman and Jake Iman (Crystal Byrd) along with several nieces and nephews and his best friend Debbie Cain.  Hayworth Miller Silas Creek Chapel is serving the family of Mr. Iman. There will be no services at this time.  Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of the Piedmont, 4527 W. Wendover Ave., Greensboro, NC 27409.
