Glenn Thomas Hicks Jr.

Glenn Thomas Hicks, Jr., 77, of Winston-Salem, passed away at Forsyth Medical Center on Sunday, November 30, 2025. 

Born in Forsyth County, NC, he was the husband to the late Kathedene Benfield Hicks, and the son of Glenn Thomas Hicks Sr. and Hallie Love Hicks, both deceased. Glenn retired from Hanes Dye and Finishing after 37 years of service. He was of the Christian faith, and was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He enjoyed hunting, four-wheeling and spending time at his mountain cabin. 

Surviving to honor Glenn's memory are his sons, Henri Christian Hicks (Katie) and Micah Adam Hicks (Ashley); four grandchildren, Maggie Hicks, Abbie Hicks, Riley Hicks and Hannah Hicks; two sisters, Kathy Hicks Plemmons (Roger) and Ellen Hicks Logan; and one brother, Dave Hicks (Amy).

Glenn was preceded in death by a sister, Connie Hicks Palmer.

No funeral service is planned.
