Glenna Claudine Joyner Foltz

Heaven has received a new Christmas Angel. Glenna Claudine Joyner Foltz, 95, passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2013 at The Oaks at Forsyth. She was born October 19, 1918 to Grover Cleveland and Mary Ethel Renegar Joyner. She was a member of Friedberg Moravian Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Edward Foltz; three brothers, Howard Joyner, J. Craig Joyner and C. W. ""Jack"" Joyner; and one sister, Kathleen Burton. She is survived by one son, Eddie Foltz (Karen); one daughter, Rosemary Livengood; three grandchildren, Matthew Foltz (Kendal), Joshua Foltz (Shannon) and Ashley Livengood; five great grandchildren, Peyton Elisabeth, Wade Harrison, Rylan Matthew, Nolan Parker and Westin Kate Foltz. A graveside service will be held Friday, December 27, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Friedberg Moravian Church Graveyard with Rev. James C. Newsome, Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. The family expresses thanks to the staff at The Oaks for the special care received during her time there.
