Grace Thompson Fulp

LewisvilleMrs. Grace Thompson Fulp, 101, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2014 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born March 8, 1912 in Forsyth County to the late Reeze Ferdinand and Margaret Sink Thompson. Mrs. Fulp was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening and being outside. Mrs. Fulp was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother. She especially loved her great-great grandchildren. Preceding her in death was her husband, Julius Frank Fulp; daughter, Margaret Honeycutt; 5 brothers and 5 sisters. Surviving is a son, Charlie Fulp (Carolyn) of Lewisville; son-in-law, Eric Honeycutt of Winston-Salem; 5 granchildren, Debbie Hodges (Michael), Donna Fulp, Randy Fulp (Angie), Lynn Slack (Tim), and Terry Honeycutt; 6 great-grandchildren, 3 step-great-grandchildren; also surviving are 7 great-great grandchildren. A service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel with Dr. Bud Owen and Pastor L.C. Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Enon Baptist Church. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Monday at the funeral home. Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made in her memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
