Grace Maxine Eller Leonard

Grace Maxine (Eller) Leonard entered into the immediate presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center. Maxine was born May 10, 1927 in Ashe County, NC to Stella Myrtle (Waddell) and Dewey Dixon Eller. She was married to Brady Lee Leonard on August 31, 1956 who preceded her in death. She was an active member of Clemmons Moravian Church for over forty years. She is survived by one daughter Nancy Lee (Leonard) Brown and one grand-daughter Lenora Grace Brown of Winston-Salem; four sisters Ruth Teaster and Barbara Baker of Winston-Salem, Bennie Hobson of East Bend, and Christine Humphrey of Ypsilanti, Michigan; two brothers Bert Eller of Yadkinville and James Eller of Virginia Beach, VA; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 11, 2010 at Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel with the Reverend Ray Burke officiating. Interment will follow at Westlawn Gardens of Memory in Clemmons. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Clemmons Moravian Church Women's Fellowship to be used to help furnish the new education building, P.O.
