Grace Wiley Perry Moore

Mrs. Grace Wiley Perry Moore, 84, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2016. She was born November 8, 1932 in Durham County to the late Raymond Perry and Ella Williams Perry. Mrs. Moore loved the beach and sewing, but most of all, she loved her grandkids. She will be missed dearly by her family. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Herman T. Moore and her sister, Geraldine Klinefelter. She is survived by her son, Rodney Moore Sr. (Bunny); two grandchildren, Rodney Moore Jr. (Sandy) and Christine Bright (Stephen); four great-grandchildren: Kayla, Justin, and Wyatt Moore and McKenna Bright; and special friends, Wayne Tuttle and family. A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 17, at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel with Dr. Gus Thomas and Dr. Danny Bright officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, December 16, at the funeral home.
