Helen Swaim Bynum

Mrs. Helen Swaim Bynum, 89, of Winston-Salem passed away Friday, April 23, 2010 at her home. She was born August 6, 1920 in Forsyth County to Miles Walter and Roxie Colbert Swaim. Mrs. Bynum was a member of Konnoak Hills Moravian Church. She spent her entire career as secretary of the Forsyth County School System. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Ike Bynum. Surviving is a son, Tim Bynum and wife Michelle of Michigan; and a grandson, Andrew Hodges of Florida. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 28 at Konnoak Hills Moravian Church with the Rev. John D. Rights officiating. Burial will follow in Forsyth Memorial Park.
