Henry David Gilliam, III
Mr. Henry David Gilliam, III, 60, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, November 19, 2012 at his residence. He was born July 2, 1952 in Forsyth County to Opal Bodenheimer and Henry David Gilliam, Jr. Mr. Gilliam was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving is his wife, Annette Gilliam; three daughters, Candice Parrish and husband Jeremy, Jennifer Salmon and husband Mike, Brooke Gilliam; a son, David Gilliam and girlfriend Katie Roquemore; five grandchildren, Nick Campbell, Kylie Parrish, Ryan Canup, Zoey Salmon, and Riley Salmon. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday, November 23, 2012 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
