Huxley "Hux" Michael Arrington

Huxley “Hux” Michael Arrington, 16 months old, passed away unexpectedly at his home on September 27, 2023.  He was born May 1, 2022, to his parents, Justin and Jennifer Arrington.  Preceding him in death was his paternal grandmother, Kathy Arrington.  Surviving are his parents, Justin and Jennifer Arrington; two brothers, Sawyer and Elam Arrington; paternal grandfather, Wes Arrington; maternal grandparents, Jeff Wood (Karen) and Cathy Furr; maternal great-grandmothers, Nancy Myers and Peggy Wood; two aunts, Krista Bowen (Chris) and Elizabeth Fulk (Charlie); three uncles, Michael Wood (Taylor), Brian Wood (Eden), and Graham Wood;  three cousins, Saylor Bowen, Ashford Bowen, and Kayla Arrington; great-uncle, Greg Arrington and a great-aunt, Carol Arrington.  He also has a special set of extra grandparents, Jackie “Meme” Bowen and Ronnie “Papa” Bowen.  The family will receive friends and family Thursday, October 5, 2023, from 6-8 PM at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel.  The funeral service will be held Friday, October 6, 2023, at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with Rev. Rob Sperti officiating.  A graveside service will directly follow afterwards at 4001 Old Mill Rd., East Bend, NC.  In lieu of flowers, please send donations to The March of Dimes at https://gifts.marchofdimes.org/
