Indiraben Patel

Mrs. Indiraben (Indu) Patel, 78, of Winston-Salem, passed away Sunday, June 23, 2019 at her home. She was born February 1, 1941 in Koyali, India to Kashiben and Mathurbhai Desaibhai Patel. Mrs. Patel worked for over 20 years in child care at First Presbyterian Church in Winston-Salem. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Arunbhai and a son-in-law, Hemant Naran. Surviving are her husband, Navin Patel; three children, Rachana Naran, Sonia Sauer (Jan) and Rohit Patel (Nehal); six grandchildren, Arya, Maya, Bella, Uma, Shaan and Sarina; three sisters, Virbalaben, Savitaben and Daxaben and two brothers, Arvindbhai and Bhaskarbhai. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your charity of choice.
