Miss Victoria Elizabeth Pena passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2018. She was born on Tuesday, Novemeber 13, 2018 in Forsyth County to Scott Pena and Stacey Williams. In addition to her parents, she is survived by siblings, Avarie, Ryan, and Justin; paternal grandmother, Flor; and maternal grandparents, Billy and Joan Pope. The family will hold a private service.
