Jack Dowell

Mr. Jack Edward Dowell, 89, passed away Friday, September 16, 2022, at his home. He was born February 13, 1933, in Yadkin County to Lloyd Dowell and Ohna Roberts Dowell. He worked as a ceramic tile installer for many years. Mr. Dowell was preceded in death by his wife, Annie Holcomb Dowell; and sisters, Frances Kiger, Hilda Binkley, and Toleda Wilhelm. Surviving are his son, Eddie Dowell of Winston-Salem; a sister, Virginia Sizemore (Jerry); and many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 2:30 PM, Friday, September 23, 2022, at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel with Rev. Jerry Sizemore officiating. Interment will follow at Westlawn Gardens of Memory.
