Jackie "Jack" Cornish Todd

Mr. Jackie ""Jack"" Cornish Todd, 76, passed away January 17, 2016 at Brookstone Terrace of Clemmons. He was born February 5, 1939 in Forsyth County to the late Kenneth Harold Todd and Ruth Cornish Todd. He was a member of Pine Grove United Methodist Church. Mr. Todd retired from Pilot Freight Lines with 20 years of service. He enjoyed deer hunting and loved his dog Milo. He will always be remembered as a loving husband and father. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Alfred and Nora Cornish and William and Lillie Todd. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Darlene and son, Timothy and sister, Peggy Elliott. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew. A private graveside service will be held at Pine Grove United Methodist Church with the Rev. Marilyn L. Weiler officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103 or to the Alzheimer's Association Western Carolina Chapter, 4600 Park Road, Suite 250, Charlotte, NC 28209.
