Ms. Jacqueline Lynn Caldwell, 61, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2022. She was born December 2, 1960, in Forsyth County to the late Jack Harold Caldwell and Ruby Mae Stancill Caldwell. Jacqueline is survived by her son, Lukas Daniel (Brennan) and granddaughter, Raelyn Daniel. A memorial service will be held a later date. Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com.
