Jacqueline Cutri

Jacqueline Cutri, affectionately known as ""Jackie"", beloved wife of 63 years to Dr. Joseph Cutri of Winston Salem, passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Grieving her loss are her five children: April Horner, Mark Cutri, Grant Cutri, Gina Selman and Tammy Cutri. Jackie was a native of France and immigrated to the US following WWII. Her adorable French accent can still be heard in the hearts of so many who loved her. Jackie was a soft spoken, gentle spirit with an enormous capacity to give and a deep unwavering faith. Jackie was a humble, unassuming woman with the gift of prayer; her prayers were answered and sought by many in need. She was unselfish, kind, loving and beautiful in every way. When asked what her greatest accomplishment was she responded that her five children all know and love God. Jackie was an extraordinary mother having raised 5 children all born within 6 years of one another. Jackie and Joseph Cutri have 7 grandchildren: Rachel Horner, Joe Wynne, Ken Horner, Rory Wynne, Jenna Horner, Rocco Cutri, Jacqueline Cutri and two great grandchildren Barrett Guzardo and Clara Duncan. These loved ones are her pride, joy and legacy. A Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, October 4th, 11:00 am at St Leo the Great Catholic Church to celebrate her life, followed by entombment at Forsyth Memorial Park. Hayworth-Miller, Winston Salem NC is assisting with arrangements.
