Jacqueline "Jackie" Hauser

Mrs. Jacqueline “Jackie” Hauser, 81, passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2018. She was born in Guilford County on October 16, 1936 to Rev. Olemon Elmer Snow and Mary Walker Snow. Jackie was a member of Hopewell Moravian Church and she had a very strong faith. She was an avid Carolina Tarheels and Atlanta Braves fan. Jackie had quick wit and was known to be a very strong woman. She was an excellent cook and she always enjoyed taking care of her husband and her grandchildren. Jackie was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and will be dearly missed. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mack Hauser, Sr.; daughter, Denise Caldwell; brothers, Larry Snow and Tim Snow; and sister, Marie Holland. Surviving family includes her son, Mack Hauser, Jr. and wife, Jean; daughter, Michelle Todd and husband, Shawn; grandchildren, Sydney Willard and husband, Justin, Mackenzie Hauser and fiancé, Brad Crews, and Ridge Todd and fiancé, Hannah Wooten; great-grandchildren, Cash Hauser Willard, Ryan Marie Willard, Kinsley Todd, Logan Swaim, and Tyler Caldwell; brothers, O.E. Snow (Verona) and David Snow (Robyn); and sister, Carolyn Doty. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, September 24, 2018 at Hayworth-Miller Chapel with Rev. Jeff Carter and Rev. Tom Anders officiating. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm on Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Hayworth-Miller.
