Jacy Swaim

Miss Jacy Bleu Swaim, 18, passed away unexpectedly March 22, 2019.  She was born May 3, 2000 in Forsyth County.  Jacy graduated from Meadowbrook Academy.  She was a shining star with a beautiful smile and always wore a smile.  She loved animals and had a passion for rescues.  Jacy will be greatly missed.  Jacy was preceded in death by her brother, Brandon Hunter.  She is survived by her mother, Wendy Long; fathers: James Richard Swaim II, George H. Hunter, and Farley Long; three sisters: Kayla Hunter, Brooke Hoskins, and Misty Hunter; three brothers: Vann Swaim, Trey Swaim, and Joshiwa Evans; grandparents, Frances and Tom Brinkley, and Josephine and Paul Tilley; best friend, Heavon Ratcliff; and three special friends, Allora Black, Sylvia Anders, and Eric Lefebvre; also, many friends forever in our hearts.  A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 28, 2019, at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service.  Burial will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Crestview Memorial Park.
