James Norman Hannen
James Norman Hannen, 87, passed away Thursday, December 03, 2015. He was born May 26, 1928 in Waynesville, MO to the late James Thomas and Iva Dailey Hannen. James was a WWII Navy Veteran. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two daughters, Deborah Lee and Denise Marie Hannen. Surviving are his wife, Barbara Jeannine Simmons Hannen; daughter, Karen (Charles) Bing; son, James (Diana) Hannen; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Anna Mae (John) Seibel and Leola (Richard) Trumble. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00a.m. Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel with Dr. Charles Bing officiating. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, December 7, 2015 at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com.
