James Clayton Rowell

Mr. James Clayton Rowell, 65, of Winston-Salem, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2016 at his home. He was born in Forsyth County on January 20, 1951 to Clayton Rowell and Louise Coe. James is survived by his wife, Pam Rowell, a son Dustin Rowell, his Mother Louise Coe, a half-brother Butch Fields, three brothers Jerry Rowell, Eddie Rowell and Buzz Rowell, and a sister Gwen Seagraves. His funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Pastor Nathan Parrish officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the funeral service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103 or to Operation Home Front, 233 S. Sharon Amity Road, Suite 101, Charlotte, NC 28211.
