James Cline Tuttle

Kernersville - Mr. James Cline Tuttle, 87, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. James was born on August 30, 1928 in Stokes County to Charles Hobart and Ila Lewis Tuttle. Mr. Tuttle owned and operated a convenience store for many years. After retirement, he enjoyed yard sales, auctions, and antiquing.

In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his son, Kim Steven Tuttle. Surviving are his wife, Nancy Hampton Tuttle; a son, Rod Tuttle (Janet); a daughter, Gina Griffin (Kevin); two grandchildren, Garret Griffin and Kristy Tuttle; and dear friends Bobby and Helen Martin.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel with Rev. Johnny Gupton officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
