James Love

Mr. James Walter Love, 90, passed away Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born in Forsyth Co. on June 10, 1929 the son of the late Thomas Lewis Love and Ada Catherine Loggins Love. James was of the Baptist faith and had retired from Twin City Exxon. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Ruth Adkins Love; and three sisters, Dorothy Watkins of King, Mary Sharpe of King and Barbara Ann Hicks of Winston-Salem. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 27, 2020 at New Hope Ministry in Pilot Mountain with Pastor Donnie Bowman officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 prior to the service at the church. Private burial will follow in Pilot View United Methodist Church Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Pilot View United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund.
