James "Blaine" Vestal

Mr. James “Blaine” Vestal, 92, of Winston-Salem passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Trinity Glen Assisted Living. He was born on July 23, 1926 in Yadkin County to Charles and Lillie Shugart Vestal. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Donnie Maynard Vestal. He is survived by one son, Brian Vestal and wife Cindy of Winston-Salem; one daughter, Marlin “Dawn” Lefeavers and husband Joe of Winston-Salem; three grandchildren, Michelle Dawn Lefeavers and husband Chace Kahill, Stacie Ann Lefeavers and fiancé Dr. Warren Jones, and Adam Cameron Vestal and wife Celinee; three great grandchildren, Hailey Brooke Vestal, Sadie Hartlyn Vestal, and Mattie Grey Kahill. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 8, 2019 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Chaplain Rennie Adcock officiating. Interment will follow at Forsyth Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
