James "Jimmy" Jones

Winston-Salem- Mr. James “Jimmy” Robert Jones, 66, passed away Sunday, November 4, 2018 at his residence.  He was born August 18, 1952 in Forsyth County, the son of Robert and Josephine Templeton Jones.  He was retired from Wachovia Bank, loved watching football, especially Wake Forest, enjoyed movies and loved to play computer games.  Jimmy enjoyed being at home with his family and is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Fran in 2009.  Survivors include his sister, Brenda Bryant and her husband, David Alley of Winston-Salem; his lifelong friend, Anthony “Butch” Constable of Winston-Salem and many other family members and friends.  A graveside service will be held at 2:30 PM Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Abbotts Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev.
