James "Sandy" Ferguson Iii

Mr. James Sanders “Sandy” Ferguson, III age 59 of Advance, passed away at home after years of declining health.  He was born June 25, 1962 in Wake County to James Sanders Ferguson, Jr. and Bobbie Southard Ferguson.  Sandy had retired from ABF Freight Lines as Terminal Manager.  He is preceded in death by his father.  Surviving are one son, Cass Ferguson; his mother, Bobbie S. Ferguson; one sister, Natalie Moore and one brother, Rev. Robert Ferguson, FSSP.  A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, April 4, 2022 at Westlawn Gardens of Memory in Clemmons.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Davie County Schools Exceptional Children’s Department 220 Martin Luther King Dr. Mocksville, NC 27028.  The family would like to thank all the caregivers who helped with Sandy’s care through the years.
