Janie Sue Rhodes Hall

Mrs. Janie Sue Rhodes Hall, 78, of Winston-Salem, NC went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, June 30, 2017. She was born August 31, 1938 to the late Charles and Adelene Rhodes. Mrs. Hall was a faithful lifelong member of Woodland Baptist Church. She enjoyed her Faithful Followers class, where she served as secretary and treasurer over 20 years. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her husband, Richard J. Hall; sister, Dorothy Dezarn; and granddaughter, Moriah. She is survived by her two sons, R. Greg Hall (RenÄ-e) and Mitchell J. Hall (Judy); nine grandchildren: Ryan Hall (Carla), Stacey Hall, Caleb Hall (Emily), Austin Hall (Olivia), Candi Moser (Jeffrey), Cpl. Cameron Hall, USMC, Cary Hall (Kirby), Micah Hall, and Micayla Hall; eight great-grandchildren: Landon Hall, Mady Hall, Payton Hall, Gavin Hall, Weston ""Bubba"" Hall, Noelle Hall, Destini Moser, and Penelope Hall; and her faithful canine companion, BooBoo. A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 3, at Woodland Baptist Church with Pastor Tim Gammons officiating. Burial will follow at Forsyth Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday, July 2, at the church.
