Jason Eugene Messer

Jason Eugene Messer, 17, of Stokesdale, NC, passed away Friday, March 17, 2017 at Wake Forest Baptist Health. He was born September 1, 1999 in Guilford County. Jason was a junior on the football team at McMichael High School in Rockingham. He was a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and attended Twin City Bible Church. Surviving are his parents, Stephanie and Ben Messer, Jr.; two brothers, Samuel and Gabriel Messer, all of Stokesdale and his grandparents, Mary and Dennis McClish of Statesville. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the Twin City Bible Church with Pastor Carey Hardy officiating. A private graveside service will be held for Jason.
