Ms. Jayne Wyatt Booth-Matthews, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 16, 2017. She was born October 1, 1962 in Forsyth County the daughter of Olene Southern Booth and the late John William ""Pete"" Booth. Jayne graduated from North Forsyth High School and was a member of the Dancing Boots. She dedicated many years as a cheerleading coach for the Pfafftown Packers. Jayne has worked over 10 years with LabCorp as a Customer Service Representative. Prior to LabCorb, Jayne worked over 15 years with Piedmont Airlines/U.S. Air. She enjoyed going to church with her family and spending time with her daughters and grandchildren. Jayne was a diehard Carolina fan, loved animals, and enjoyed going to the beach. She was outgoing and offered much advice and help when needed. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. In addition to her mother, Jayne is survived by her two loving daughters, Meredith Matthews Fogleman (Michael) and Morganne Jayne Matthews (Shane); two precious grandbabies, Shane Edward Gerdes Jr. ""SJ"" and Abigail Louise Fogleman ""Abby"" #Nanasheart!; two brothers, John William Booth Jr. (Linda) and Arnold Gray Booth (Ruth); and many special nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, all whom she loved dearly. A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 20, at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel with Pastor David Brown and Pastor Travis Moses officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, July 19, at the funeral home.
