Jean Collins
Ms. Jean Anne Ford Collins, 62, of Winston-Salem, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2017. She was born April 9, 1955 in Long Island, NY to the late William Francis Ford and Geraldine Flaherty Ford. Ms. Collins was a homebody that will be well remembered for her cooking. She loved her family, especially her granddaughter. A memorial service will be held in her honor 7 PM Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel, officiated by Rev. Francis Smith.
