Jean Stack

Oak Ridge – Mrs. Jean Warner Stack, 88, Passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Davidson County on April 26, 1934, to the late Richard Joshua Warner and Mary Bodenheimer Warner. She was a faithful member of Gospel Light Baptist Church and was a wonderful prayer warrior. Jean was a loving, godly woman who loved her family and her Lord. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Bobby Gene Stack, and her sister, Alta Hunt.

Surviving are her three daughters, Martha Dunlap of Madison and husband Curtis, Sharon Smith of Walnut Cove and husband Benny, and Donna Fulk of Winston Salem and husband Steve, seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, sister, Barbara Foust and husband Barry, two brothers in law, Marion Stack (Billie) and Bryce Hunt.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Monday, January 23, 2023, at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel with Rev. Frank Shumate and Rev. Travis Howard officiating. A private graveside will be held in Eastlawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am – 10:45 am prior to the service at the funeral home. A special thanks to the staff of Authoracare Collective for their attentiveness and kindness that was shown to our family in such a time of need.
