Jeffrey Bracken

Jeffrey Clanton Bracken, 58, went to his heavenly home Sunday, July 1, 2018, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born March 15, 1960 to Charlie Clanton Bracken and Helen Dunn Bracken. He is preceded in death by his ‘POP' David Zachary Jarvis and sister Vanessa Jarvis Taylor. Jeffrey, a 1978 Davie High School graduate was employed for over 30 years with Twin City Sprinkler. Surviving is his mother, Helen Bracken Jarvis and his wife Dana of the home; 3 children, Jordan, Justin, J. Kayla; 4 grandchildren, Jayliana, Austin, Carter and River; sister, Karen Bracken Mayes, brothers David and Joey Jarvis; special nephew, Heath Jarvis and niece, Kary Mayes; special friend, Rick Lassiter; canine companion, ‘Zoey'; and a host of family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held 7:00 P.M. Thursday July 12, 2018 at Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel. The family will receive friends from 5:45 until 6:45 pm. prior to the service.
