Jerome Blum

COLFAX -- Mr. Jerome Blum, 94, died Monday, January 20, 2014 at River Landing at Sandy Ridge. Jerome was born on August 27, 1919 in Pennsylvania to the late Meyer and Molly Goldberg Blum. He was a Lieutenant of the US Navy during WWII serving as a PBY Pilot. In addition to his parents, Jerome was preceded in death by a daughter, Amy Haines. Surviving are his wife, Harrylee Blum; a son, Edward Blum of Boston; a brother, Bennett Blum; and two stepsons, Stephen Crider of Seattle WA and John Mark Crider of Grand Rapids, MI. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Pennsylvania. Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel is assisting the family.
