Jessica Grace Jarrell

Jessica Grace Jarrell, 31, of Greensboro, NC passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 5, 2026. She was born on December 3, 1994, in High Point, NC to her parents, Robert and Kimberly Jarrell.

Jessica graduated from Glenn High School in Kernersville, NC and went on to attend Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. She was employed with Charter Spectrum and enjoyed her work. Jessica loved her co-workers and was beloved in her position.

She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. Jessica loved kids, animals, music, anime, painting, sketching, cross stitching, knitting, making jewelry, playing video games, and creating art.

Jessica was a genuine, kind, and loving soul. She was a deeply loyal daughter, sister, co-worker, and friend. Jessicas smile and laughter could light up the darkest of rooms and make everyone feel so comfortable. She played softball at Penn Griffin Magnet School, sang in the chorus at Glenn, played rugby at A.S.U and grew up bowling.

Jessica was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bob and Sandy Jarrell, and Larry Ferree.

She was survived by her father and bonus mom, Robert “Robbie” and Allison Jarrell; mother, Kimberly Jarrell; nana, Gaynelle Ferree, brother, Jordan Jarrell (Nadia); uncles, Joey Ferree (Holly), and Doug Black (Holly); aunts, Stacy Jarrell (Jeromy), Katherine Payne, and Meredith Howell; cousins, Ansley Ferree, Justin Jarrell (Lou), Sawyer Black, and Gibson Black; best friend, Caroline Morrison; and too many more friends to list.

A celebration of life will be held from 4:00pm to 7:00pm on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at Bunker Hill United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in honor of Jessica at Triad Mental Health Partners.
