Jessica Kirchner

Jessica Anne Kirchner, age 41, of Kernersville, North Carolina has gone home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Surrounded by her family, Jessica died peacefully at home on Wednesday, May 9, 2018, after a long struggle with cancer.
Jessica is survived by her husband Chuck and two sons Joshua (11) and Zachary (8). She is also survived by her mother, Anna Marie Grundler; her brother, Christopher James Moulton and she was preceded in death by her father, Robert Louis Moulton. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jessica was born on August 25, 1976 in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. Jessica attended Sewickley High School, and was a graduate of the University of North Carolina Greensboro, in Greensboro, North Carolina. She got engaged to her husband of 15 years while on a missionary trip with him to Haiti. The two were married in May of 2002. She was a loving mother of two beautiful boys. Jessica worked as a chemist at Syngenta from 1999 to 2011 when she left her career to homeschool-a decision she never regretted (usually ☺). Jessica loved to golf, hike, swim, and maintained a beautiful garden. She made a house a home. She also spent many hours with her husband teaching the youth group at church. She lived her life surrendered to the Lordship of Jesus Christ according to His Word. Although not perfect, she was forgiven to the glory of God alone. Sola Scriptura, Sola Fide, Sola Gratia, Solus Christus, Soli Deo Gloria!
Visitation is scheduled for May 18, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home located at 141 Smith Edwards Road in Kernersville, NC. The funeral will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2018, 12:00 noon at the same location and will be followed by a graveside service at Mt. Gur Cemetery.
