Jewell Beaver

Mrs. Jewell Bullington Beaver, 85, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2018. She was born in Surry County on August 6, 1932 to the late Dorothy Linville Bullington and Sanders Bullington. Mrs. Beaver was a member of Pinnacle View Baptist Church. She was the secretary of Hastings Company and then worked as a CNA for 28 years. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Beaver was preceded in death by her husband, James "Buck" Beaver; one daughter, Janet May Haynes; two granddaughters, Tammy Wilkinson and Candi Jean Fowler. She is survived by one daughter, Deborah Fowler; three grandchildren: Dwayne Greeson, Rodney Fowler, and Dawn Parsons; seven great-grandchildren: Damian, Taylor, Courtney, Cody, Jodi, Madisyn, and Kynslee; one sister, Juanita Ray; a special niece, Carla Neese; and a beloved cousin, Phyllis Kays. A memorial service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 31, at Pinnacle View Baptist Church with the Rev. Ronnie Chamblain officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pinnacle View Baptist Church, Cemetery Fund, 1332 Shoals Road, Pinnacle, NC 27043.
