Jimmy Michael Warden

Mr. Jimmy Michael Warden, 56, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. Michael was born in Forsyth Co. on February 6, 1969, the son of the late Jimmy Arrid and June Dillon Warden. He loved dogs and will be remembered for his joking sense of humor. Michael was also a very compassionate and loving person, who will be remembered dearly by all who knew him. In addition to his parents, Michael is preceded in death by baby Mercy Neugent and niece Christina Maria Harris Neugent. He is survived by a sister, Tammy June Warden Harris Willard; two nephews Michael Scott Redmond, Jr. and Shane Lee Dixon; and niece, Jennifer Laine Dixon; eight great nephews and nieces, Joseph Neugent Harris, Gaberial Neugent Harris, Christopher Dixon, Jacob Hiatt, Vada Woods, Harley Wright, Jeffery Redmond, and Maria Redmond; several aunts and uncles; a special caregiver for the last 20 years, Rick Greene; and as well as his multitude of lifelong friends. A visitation to celebrate Michael’s life will be held 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 10, 2025, at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall.
