Jo Sizemore

Mrs. Jo Ann Cox Sizemore passed away at her home on Tuesday, December 5, 2017. She was born in Forsyth County, on March 20, 1935 to the late William Cox and Lillian Spaugh Cox. Jo Ann graduated from Gray High School in 1954. She was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church. Jo Ann retired from Green Tree Acceptance. She was preceded in death by a son Ricky Coleman Redding; and two sisters Betty Sue Miller, and Pansy Kirkland. Jo Ann is survived by her husband Jim Sizemore; a daughter Ronda Vaught (David); a son Russell Redding (Susan); four grandchildren; seven step grandchildren; four step children; three great grandchildren; two step great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday December 9, 2017 at Edgewood Baptist Church, 4067 Reidsville Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27101 with Pastor Dr. Jerry L. Sizemore officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Walktertown. The family will receive friends from 11:45 AM - 12:45 PM prior to the service at Edgewood Baptist Church.
