Joan Brown Stuckey

COLFAX-Joan Brown Stuckey, 80, died Sunday, May 18, 2014 at Beacon Place in Greensboro. She was born in Stokes Co. to the late William and Clara Marshall Brown.

Joan was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her two sons, Keith and David Stuckey; brothers, Max and Ervin Brown and sister, Helen Curtis.

Surviving are her daughter, Lisa Stuckey of the home; son, Gary Stuckey and wife, Cindy; grandchildren, Megan and Matthew Stuckey all of Madison; brothers, Clarence Brown (Mina), Henry Brown (Kay) all of Colfax and Don Brown (Jeanne) of Jamestown; sisters, Tula Jensen (Jim) of St. George, UT, Carol Efird (Donald), Dyanne Shular (Bill) all of Colfax.

A Graveside Service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Colfax.

Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel is assisting the Stuckey family.
