John Charles Chambers

Mr. John Charles Chambers, 55, of Walkertown died Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born March 10, 1961 in Pennsylvania to Robert Winfield and Verna Wilkes Chambers. Mr. Chambers was a member of North Point Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his mother. Survivors include his wife, Angela Chambers of the home; his father of Texas; and his brother, Jim Chambers and wife, Cynthia of New Jersey. The funeral service will be conducted Tuesday at 2:00 PM at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Pastor Skip Furrow officiating. Burial will follow in Gospel Light Baptist Church Cemetery.
