John Harrell

Walkertown - John David Harrell, 46, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2017. John was born on November 18, 1970 in Suffolk, VA. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Asheboro and was a truck driver for Davenport Transportation. John also worked for Lowes Hardware in High Point.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Annie Bell Anderson; and aunt, Linda Gail Pegram.
John is survived by his wife, Jennifer Harrell of Sophia; his mother, Judy Harrell of Walnut Cove; one son, Tyler Harrell (wife, Laura) of Winston-Salem; one daughter, Beth Harrell of Christiana, TN; a granddaughter, Chloe Elizabeth Harrell; three uncles, Nelson Harrell (wife, Loretta), Russell Harrell (wife, Sahika), and Robert Harrell (wife, Connie); two aunts, Peggy Montgomery (husband, Ricky), and Jenelle Hamons (husband, Mickey).
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 14, 2017 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel with Rev. Larry Stines officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
