Mr. John Franklin ""Frankie"" Hill, 62, of Winston-Salem passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at his home.
Frankie was born March 28, 1954 to Gilmer and Helen Hill. He retired from R.J. Reynolds after 38+ years of service. Famous for his cooking and baking, Frankie was a ""jack of all trades"" and enjoyed many hobbies such as sewing, quilting, gardening and farming. A kind and mischievous soul, his fun and infectious spirit will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Frankie is survived by his partner, Jason Dingman; parents, Gilmer and Helen Hill; daughter, Andrea Williams and husband Charles; grandchildren, Celeste Wilson, Nate Williams, and Kirsten Williams; stepdaughter, Ruth Lunsford; and sisters, Betty Hill and Mary Lou Dingman.
The family will receive friends Saturday, November 26, 2016 from 2:00 - 3:30 pm at Parklawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. A celebration of Frankie's life will begin at 3:30 pm.
