John Clifton Hummer

Mr. John Clifton Hummer, 60, of Winston-Salem, NC, passed away on July 1, 2024, at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. John was born on July 16, 1963, in Forsyth County to the late Mr. Grover Lee Hummer and Mrs. Charlotte Welborn. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved all things outdoors. John worked as a Carpenter local to the Winston-Salem area. He will be remembered as a loving father, son, and brother. Per his request, there will be no formal services held for the public. The family will have a private memorial service at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations in honor of Mr. Hummer may be made to Trellis Supportive Care, 101 Hospice Ln, Winston-Salem, NC 27103. Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel is respectfully serving the Hummer family.
