John Rouzer

Mr. John Melvin Rouzer, age 87, passed away October 31, 2018 in Winston-Salem, NC.  He was born July 6, 1931 in Fulton County, PA. to the late John Rouzer and Sylvia Melius Rouzer.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Randal Jay Rouzer and his brother, Richard Rouzer.  He is survived by his loving wife, Hazel Rouzer; one daughter, Debbie Pappalardo; two grandsons, Steve Miley (Stacy), Mike Miley (Rocio); five great-grandchildren, all of Winston-Salem, NC; two sisters, Jean Morris and Pat Kenrick (Jay).  A memorial service will be conducted 2:00 PM Sunday, November 11, 2018 at Kingswood United Methodist Church, located in Rural Hall, NC with Rev.
