Jordan Derek Sealey

LewisvilleJordan Derek Sealey, 24, passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. He was born December 23, 1988 in Forsyth County to John and Kelly Fleeman Sealey. Jordan was a loving son, brother, and friend to all. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Jordan graduated from the B.L.E.T program at Forsyth Tech and was currently pursuing a career with the Lexington Police Department. He loved shooting and had a special love for animals. Preceding him in death was his maternal grandmother, Kay Fleeman. Surviving are his parents, John and Kelly Sealey; brother and best friend, Brad Sealey and fiancée, Kaylan Lebrija; J.C. Berry who was like a brother to Jordan; fiancée, Megan Parnell; maternal grandfather, Glen Fleeman of Advance; paternal grandparents, John and Lisa Sealey of Winston-Salem; also surviving are his very loving and close knit extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends. A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, August 17, 2013 at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Davidson County Special Olympics C/O Lexington Police Department, PO Box 1088 Lexington, NC 27293. The family would like to thank the staff at the Trauma ICU Department at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center for all the care that was given to Jordan.
