Mr. Joseph White Kelley, Jr., 48, passed away at his home on Friday, November 2, 2018. He was born in Campbell County, Virginia on February 14, 1970 to Joseph White Kelley, Sr. and Sharon Driskill Kelley. Joseph was a craftsman. He loved collecting history and artifacts. Surviving family includes his parents; sons, Tyler Kelley and Eric Kelley; daughter, Kristi Barbato; brother, Michael Kelley; and sister, Kathy Kelley.
