Josephine Long

Mrs. Josephine "Jo" Long, 94, of Winston-Salem, died Saturday, December 15, 2018.  She was the daughter of Bennie and Mamie Boyles Jones. She retired from Wachovia Bank.  Surviving include her daughters; Ann Rich (Phillip) of Nashville, TN., Brenda Holloway and Lynn Newell (Hal) of Winston-Salem; grandchildren, Wendy Wilmoth, Jennifer Wright, Erin Newell; two great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Ken Scott. Visitation will be from 4:00-6:00 pm Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Hayworth-Miller on Silas Creek Pkwy. Private graveside service is Friday, December 21, 2018 at 11:00 am at Mt. Olive Baptist Church in King, N.C. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 5413 NC Hwy 66 S, King, NC 27021.
