Juanita "Nita" Tuttle O'Brien

Sarah Juanita ""Nita"" Tuttle O'Brien passed away Tuesday, December 08, 2015.

She was born in Stokes County to Sarah Ann and N.E. Tuttle. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her five siblings, a nephew and her loving husband L. Alexander O'Brien, Jr. in 1979.

Nita is survived by daughter, Leigh Gwynn and son-in-law, James Gwynn of Clemmons; grandson, Alex Cooley of Charlotte; one niece and three nephews.

A special thank you to the staff at the Regency Care of Clemmons, Hospice & Palliative CareCenter, and friends, Sandy, Thomas, Barbara, Jamie and her roommate Mary.

It was Nita's request to have no viewing or funeral service. Think about her when you see or hear about a Carolina game. Heaven has gained a true Tar Heel.
