On a Winter evening in 1963, at the age of 17, Judith Lynn Beck went on a blind date with friends and a boy named Clarence Everhart. After the date, he told the other couple he was going to ""marry that girl"". On December 26, 2015 Clarence and Judith celebrated 50 years of love and laughter. Together they fulfilled their dreams of family with a boy, Lane and a girl, Ryan.
One of her greatest joys in life was being a mom and she was the best. This included spending her summer days at the pool watching them splash and breaking the rules by serving breakfast for dinner, even when they thought it couldn't be done.
She was thrilled when Lane married Staci Durham and especially when they gave her her first official grandchild, Landon. She was over the moon to finally be ""Grammie"". There were many other little ones who enriched her life namely Rebecca and Benjamin Beaudry and Mckaylyn and Allanah Brown. She was also blessed with a cul de sac of neighbors that she viewed as family.
Never one to miss the opportunity for a party, the family is hosting a celebration of life party in her honor at their home Saturday December third. Swing by anytime starting at 12 noon.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Judith's name to either the Forsyth Humane Society or Palliative Care at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center.
